That is, of course, your prerogative. We're genuinely very sorry to hear that you don't feel comfortable talking to us, but the whole reason for putting this mailbox up was so we could make an effort to be more available and pay attention to your concerns. But in order to do that, we need to know what those concerns are. As the people we play on this game with, you are all people whose opinions matter to us-- that's not a line, it's the truth. So if you choose not to give us feedback, you're choosing not to give us the chance to change and get better.

We're putting this public in the hopes that you will read it, and that others who may be having similar feelings can read it as well. The three of us are trying our best to do right by everyone on this game, and we sincerely want to know what we're doing well, and what we need to work on.
